Press tour of the facilities of the State Enterprise "Konaev su arnasy".
The head of the Committee for the Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Asan Darbayev, arrived in Konayev on a working visit to participate in a press tour of the facilities of the State Enterprise "Konayev su arnasy".
The press tour was organized and conducted by the Department of the Committee for the Regulation of Natural Monopolies in Almaty Region (DKREM) together with the State Enterprise "Konayev su arnasy".
As is known, the State Enterprise "Konayev su arnasy" is the basic entity providing water supply and sanitation services in Konayev, therefore, representatives of the public and the media also took part in the press tour.
The participants of the press tour were able to visit the filtration station and sewage pumping stations.
The director of the State Enterprise "Konayev su arnasy", Temiraliev Madi Kyrykbaevich, spoke about the repair work at the filtration station and sewage pumping stations in 2022 and the work performed in 2021. A representative of the State Enterprise "Konaev su Arnasy" introduced the general operation of the filtering facilities, where the participants could see with their own eyes all the technological cycles of drinking water preparation, and also learned about the reconstruction carried out at the sewage pumping station No. 3.
In order to improve production processes, the State Enterprise "Konaev su Arnasy" is implementing an investment program within the framework of the approved tariff estimate, which provides for a number of large-scale measures to modernize equipment aimed at improving the efficiency and quality of water supply services.
Thus, in 2021-2022, investments in the amount of 32.7 million tenge were spent.
The investment program includes measures to replace the transformer, the pressure sewer section, as well as the purchase of fixed assets (electrode cassettes, frequency converter, gas analyzer, pumps, valves), which will reduce the physical wear of the networks and the number of emergency situations. Today, the entity is working under a new five-year investment program for 2021-2025, which has been approved for a total of 169,436.58 thousand tenge.
