Temiraliev Madi Kyrykbaevich, born March 24, 1973 in Almaty.
In 1990, he graduated from high school and entered the Kazakh National Technical University, majoring in mechanical engineering.
From 1995 to 2003, he worked at the Kapshagay bus depot as a mechanic, driver, mechanic, and branch director.
